D.C. United Soccer Academy Registration Form

To register for the D.C. United Soccer Academy, please fill out the online form below.

All fields marked with an * are required. Select which type of camp to attend as well as the location and date. You have the option to pay in full at this time or place a non-refundable $50 deposit to reserve a place in any Academy. If you prefer to register offline, please download the registration form and follow the instructions for submission.

Registration Policy: If you place a deposit, full payment is due two weeks prior to the Academy start date. Cancellation requests made more than two weeks prior will receive a full refund, minus the $50 non-refundable deposit. Any cancellation request made less than two weeks before the start date will receive a full refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. All cancellations must be made by sending an e-mail here.

Special Discount – $10 OFF:*

• Family: Get $10 off per child when you register 2 or more from the same family.
• Team: Get $10 off per player when you register 7 or more players from the same team.
*Credit card totals will be adjusted with the discount when an Academy staff member calls prior to the beginning of camp.
