D.C. UNITED ACADEMY CAMPS: DISCOUNTS & POLICIES
AVAILABLE DISCOUNTS:
Team Discount:
If you have seven or more players who wish to enroll in an Academy together we will offer a $10 discount per player. Each player will individually register online and enter their team name on the form. If seven or more with the same team name and age group register for the Academy, a $10 refund will be given to each player upon check-in at the first day of the Academy.
Family Discount:
If two or more players from your family wish to enroll in a camp we will offer a $10 discount for each player. Siblings must register at the same time to qualify for the discount.
Please Note: only ONE discount is available per child - either Team or Family
Registration Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of $50 will reserve a place in any Academy. Full Payment is due two weeks prior to the Academy start date. Cancellation requests made more than two weeks prior will receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Any cancellation request made less than two weeks before the start date will receive a full refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. All cancellations must be made by e-mail at: academy@dcunited.com.
Waitlist Policy:
In order to keep the Academy program at a quality level, only a limited number of spaces are available at each location. Registration is taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum enrollment is reached, each additional applicant is placed on a waiting list. If a space becomes available, a member of the D.C. United Academy staff will contact the applicant by phone.
