D.C. United Training Complex
RFK Stadium: D.C. United Training Complex (close to Parking Lot 7)

From Baltimore Washington Parkway South towards DC
Take the Kenilworth Ave. exit. Then take the East Capitol St. exit, go around RFK Stadium, and bear right onto C Street. The field is on the right at Oklahoma Ave. & C Street NE.
From I-95 North
Take I-95 North until it changes to 395 North (Southwest Freeway) and cross the Potomac River. Once past the Maine Avenue exit, stay in the left lane of the freeway. I-395 will exit to the right to the Capitol and Senate buildings. DO NOT FOLLOW I-395 NORTH; stay left for the stadium. Proceed straight ahead in the left lanes to the exit at Sixth Street Southeast and Navy Yard. At bottom of the ramp go left at traffic light onto Sixth Street. Stay on 6th Street for .5 miles to Independence Avenue. Turn Right onto Independence Ave. and stay on Independence for 1.1 miles to 19th Street. Turn Left onto 19th Street and travel one block to East Capitol Street. You DO NOT turn Right on East Capitol to the stadium. Stay on 19th for two more blocks and turn Right onto C Street. Proceed straight ahead in the left lane and go left at next traffic light onto Oklahoma Avenue. Auxiliary fields are on your right.
From I-66 and Constitution Avenue
Follow Constitution East past the Capitol to Maryland Ave. Turn left on Maryland and go two blocks to Stanton Square. At Stanton Square, turn right onto Massachusetts Ave. On Massachusetts, follow directions as from Union Station.
From Union Station
Go East from Union Station along Massachusetts Avenue. Continue past Stanton Square on Massachusetts to Lincoln Park (at 12th Street). Go around Lincoln Park to East Capitol Street and turn right onto East Capitol. Follow East Capitol and Turn Left onto 19th Street. Stay on 19th for two blocks and turn Right onto C Street. Proceed straight ahead in the left lane and go left at next traffic light onto Oklahoma Avenue. Auxiliary fields are on your right.
From the Stadium Access Road (which circles RFK Stadium)
Stay to the left past the 295 bridge exit, then fork right onto C Street NE (the fork is just before the Access Road passes Lot 4). At the next intersection, turn right onto Oklahoma Avenue, and another immediate right into the RFK Auxiliary Field parking lot.
To RFK via MetroRail
Take the Metro Orange/Blue Line to the Stadium/Armory Stop
Walk north on 19th Street past East Capitol Street (Stadium will be off to the right)
Turn right on D street NE, cross Oklahoma Ave, D.C. United Training Complex will be straight ahead

Take I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) to exit for Route I-70 West towards Frederick
Follow I-70 to the exit for I-270 South towards Washington (approximately 35 miles)
Take I-270 South to Exit 15B (Route 118 South) towards Germantown
Continue on Route 118 for 2.8 miles to Richter Farm Road and turn right
Take Richter Farm Road 1 mile to Schaeffer Road (4-way stop) and turn left
The park entrance is 0.3 miles on the right
From Western Maryland
Take Route I-70 East towards Frederick
Follow I-70 to the exit for I-270 South
Take I-270 South to Exit 15B (Route 118 South) towards Germantown
Continue on Route 118 for 2.8 miles to Richter Farm Road and turn right
Take Richter Farm Road 1 mile to Schaeffer Road (4-way stop) and turn left
The park entrance is 0.3 miles on the right
From Northern Virginia and Points South
Take I-495 (Capital Beltway) West to Exit 35 (I-270 North towards Frederick)
Take I-270 North to Exit 15B (Route 118 South) towards Germantown
Continue on Route 118 for 2.8 miles to Richter Farm Road and turn right
Take Richter Farm Road 1 mile to Schaeffer Road (4-way stop) and turn left
The park entrance is 0.3 miles on the right

From Beltway Exit 7A - (Branch Ave./Route 5) Continue south on Route 5.
About 8 miles, Route 301 joins Route 5.
At this point stay in left lane and begin looking for Route 5, approximately 3 miles.
Route 5 turns left at a major intersection (to Leonardtown Rd.)(Name of road turning into is Mattawoman Beantown Rd).
Continue on Mattawoman for approximately 3 miles to intersection with Leonardtown Rd. (4th traffic signal).
Turn left and follow Route 5 south approximately 4 miles to Bryantown Rd at traffic signal and turn left.
The complex is visible from Route 5; field is labeled as #1 on netting.

Rt 301 North to Rt 3 North (Crofton-Baltimore)
Left turn at traffic light - Rt 175 East (Gambrills)

From Virginia:
Rt 301 to I 495 (Washington Beltway)
In Maryland take Rt 50 East (Annapolis)
Left on Rt 3 North (Crofton-Baltimore)
Left turn at traffic light - Rt 175 East (Gambrills)

From Annapolis and the Eastern Shore:
Take Rt. 50 West over the Bay Bridge
I 97 North (Baltimore)
Exit 7 Rt. 32 and Rt. 3 (Take the rt. 3 South part of this exit)
Turn right at traffic light - Rt. 175 East (Gambrills)

MD-5 S becomes MD-235 S / THREE NOTCH RD, continue for 15.5 miles

Dixon Street Park
Take I-95 South to exit 130A (Rt. 3 East)
Take Route 3 East. (Germanna Highway) towards Fredericksburg
Near downtown Fredericksburg, Rt. 3 East becomes the Blue/Grey Parkway.
Continue on Rt. 3 East / Blue/Grey Parkway.
Take the exit for Dixon St / Rt. 2 / Rt. 17
Merge onto Dixon Street (heading South)
At the 1st Traffic light, turn left into Dixon Park.
(The entrance to Dixon Park is directly across from McKinney Street.)

Catholic University
From the West, I-66:
I-66 from Virginia empties onto Constitution Avenue. Continue east on Constitution Avenue and turn left on 6th Street, NW. Turn right on E Street, NW. Turn left on North Capitol Street. Drive approximately 2 miles and turn right on Michigan Avenue, NE. You will soon see the dome of the Shrine on your left marking a university entrance at 4th Street, NE.
From the South, I-95:
When I-95 intersects the Capital Beltway in Springfield, Virginia, follow I-395 North. After crossing the Potomac River, take the "Route 1 North" exit. The road becomes 14th Street, NW. Turn right on Constitution Avenue. Turn left on 6th Street, NW. Turn right on E Street, NW. Turn left on North Capitol Street. Drive approximately 2 miles and turn right on Michigan Avenue, NE. You will soon see the dome of the Shrine on your left marking a university entrance at 4th Street, NE.
From the East, Route 50:
Take Route 50 West (becomes New York Avenue) and exit on South Dakota Avenue. After approximately 1.3 miles, turn left onto Monroe Street. Follow Monroe Street until it merges with Michigan Avenue. You will see the dome of the Shrine on your right marking a university entrance at 4th Street, NE.
From the Northwest, I-70 to I-270:
From Frederick, Maryland, take Exit 53, I-270 South to Washington. I-270 divides. Take the 495 East, Silver Spring/College Park exit (two left lanes). You will eventually feed onto the beltway, I-495. Continue on I-495 and take Exit 22 B, the Baltimore/Washington Parkway. Continue traveling south on the Parkway and exit at Route 50 West. Take the South Dakota Avenue exit. After approximately 1.3 miles, turn left onto Monroe Street. At Michigan Avenue, Monroe Street ends. Bear left and you will see the dome of the Shrine on your right marking a university entrance at 4th Street, NE.
From the North, I-95 to I-495:
Follow I-95/I-495 South to Exit 22B, the Baltimore/Washington Parkway. Continue traveling south on the Parkway and exit at Route 50 West. Take the South Dakota Avenue exit. After approximately 1.3 miles, turn left onto Monroe Street. Monroe Street ends at Michigan Avenue, NE. Bear left and you will see the dome of the Shrine on your right marking a university entrance at 4th Street, NE.
From Amtrak at Union Station:
- Metro (recommended): Take a red line train (direction of Glenmont) three stops to the Brookland-CUA station. Exit to the left when leaving the station.
- Taxi: Cab fare from Union Station to CUA is approximately $9

Exit 9A or 9C (Route 66 West) to Fairfax County Parkway exit; left on Fair Lakes Parkway, right on Stringfellow Road, then immediate left into park.
From Fairfax:
Take 50 West toward Chantilly. Turn left onto Stringfellow Road. Go past Chantilly High School and Rocky Run School. Poplar Tree Park is on your right side.

Take the Glebe Rd exit, continue straight ahead (cross Glebe Rd), turn left on Quincy St., pass through the Washington Blvd. light, and the school will be located on your left.
From 66 West:
Take the Glebe Rd. exit, turn left onto Glebe, take the first left onto Washington Blvd., take a left onto Quincy St., school is located on the left.
From Route 50 East:
Take the George Mason Drive exit and turn left on George Mason. Turn right on Henderson Rd. Henderson turns into Quincy St. after you cross Glebe Rd. Stay on Quincy through the intersection of Quincy and Washington Blvd. The school will be on your left.
From Route 50 West:
Take the Glebe Rd. exit, turn right on Glebe. Turn right on Quincy St. Stay on Quincy through the intersection of Quincy and Washington Blvd. The school will be on your left.
From Lee Hwy:
Going East on Lee Hwy, pass over Glebe Road, take a right on Quincy St., school is located approximately 1/2 mile on the right.
From George Washington Parkway:
Going West on George Washington Parkway, take the Spout Run exit, take a right onto Lee Hwy (29), take a left onto Quincy St., school is located approximately 1/2 mile on the right.
War Memorial Stadium: (Band, Field Hockey, Football, Lacrosse, and Soccer)
The stadium is located at the corner of Washington Street and Stafford Street next to Washington-Lee High School. Recommended parking for stadium events is the 66 parking garage located behind Washington-Lee. the entrance to the stadium in on 16th Rd. Please walk along the Stafford Street sidewalk to the stadium entrance.

From 495:
Take the Dulles Toll Road West. Take the Herndon exit (Exit 10) which is Elden Street. Turn right toward Herndon and turn left immediately at Parcher Avenue. Fields are on the left.
From Route 50:
Turn on Centerville Road toward Herndon. Centerville Road turns into Elden Street in Herndon. After going under the Dulles Toll Road, turn left at Parcher Avenue. Fields are on the left.
