MLS Experience
2007: In his first season in D.C., Nolly made one first team appearance, making seven saves in a 2-1 loss to his former team, Real Salt Lake, on 6/3. As a member of the reserve squad, Nolly played in 11 games (all starts), putting together a 0.99 goals-against-average and a 2-3-4 record. He totaled two shutouts in reserve play.2006: Playing behind Scott Garlick, Nolly saw time in two matches with Real Salt Lake, including one start. He did not allow a goal in his 45 minutes against Colorado on 6/9, and recorded seven saves against New York on 8/26.
2005: In his first MLS season, Nolly made five appearances with Real Salt Lake, all starts. He made his League debut on 5/14 against Los Angeles, recording nine saves on the way to a 2-1 victory. Nolly finished the season with 34 saves, including a career-high 11 against D.C. United on 8/31.
College
2004: Nolly played an instrumental role in helping Indiana University to their second-straight NCAA title, as he denied UC-Santa Barbara's final two penalty kick chances in the decisive penalty shootout. For his efforts, Nolly was named the College Cup Most Outstanding Defensive Player and selected to the NSCAA All-America Third Team and All-Big Ten First Team. He started all 24 games in goal for IU, leading the Big Ten in shutouts (11) and goals-against-average (0.63). He finished his Indiana career as fourth in school history in both career wins (51) and shutouts (30).2003: In his junior season, Nolly played every minute (2407:45) for the NCAA champion Hoosiers, and earned All-Big Ten First Team honors. He made 10 saves in the NCAA Championship match against St. Johns and collected the College Cup's Defensive MVP honors as well. He registered 11 shutouts on the season, and his 0.64 goals-against average ranked in the top ten nationally.
2002: In his first season as a starter, Nolly posted eight shutouts and a conference best 0.78 goals-against average in 21 games with Indiana. For his solid performances in goal, he garnered All-Big Ten First Team honors.
2001: After red-shirting his freshman year, Nolly saw action in five matches and did not allow a goal in 132:26 minutes of play.
