MLS Experience
2008: D.C. United drafted Ryan Cordeiro on 1/18/08 during the third round (33rd overall) of the 2008 MLS SuperDraft. The midfielder figured into eight games (one start) for the Black-and-Red, tallying one assist in 207 minutes. He was a vital member of D.C. United's reserve squad and started all ten games, scoring four goals and making two assists in 900 minutes. He also made two starts during the club's successful U.S. Open Cup title run.College
2007: In his senior year, Cordeiro served as team co-captain and started all of the team's 24 games. His eight goals and 10 assists helped lead the Huskies to a 20-3-1 record. The midfielder was named to the NSCAA All-Northeast Second Team and the All- Big East Second Team.
2006: Cordeiro played in each of the Huskies 19 games (14 starts) during his junior season, collecting five goals and one assist. He Cordeiro was a All-Big East Honorable Mention.
2005: Cordeiro started each of the 21 games he saw time in, recording five goals and eight assists. He was named to the All-Big East Third Team.
